Providers
=========

| You can connect calcite to a git provider.
| This lets you configure new projects more easily and enables integration with such services.
| The integration is required so that we can publish performance ``diffs`` and regression results in pull/merge requests.

.. note::
   | You do not need to link your account with a provider for a basic usage of calcite, all the required information is sent through the :doc:`command line interface </usage/cli>`.
   | In that case, simply select ``Other provider`` when creating a project.
